Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How long do I have to sign up for to get the Partnership Plan?
Your auto pay schedule is a 12 month cycle, but may be canceled at any time. A completed auto pay cancellation form must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle. If you decide to terminate your plan within the first 90 days of partnership, there will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed to the total cost of services you received while enrolled in the partnership program (which would bring your costs to approximately the same rate you would have paid if you just used your health insurance discount). After 90 days, there is no cancellation fee. Any unused Auto-Pays will expire 30 days from contract termination date. All you would need to do is send an email stating your desire to cancel or fill out a form, in person, at the front desk with at least 30 days notice prior to your next scheduled billing date. Your billing date will occur every 30 days from your anniversary date.(Example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February 7th, you must submit a cancellation form to The Boston Bodyworker by no later than January 7th.)
2. Can I “freeze” my plan at any time?
Yes, to freeze your auto pay, a completed request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month.
You can freeze your Auto Pay schedule once per year at any time for a fee of $15 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 6 months. To request the freeze, complete a freeze request form at the front desk and submit it via fax or in person to the front desk. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.
3. Can I share my Partnership Plan with a spouse, relative or friend?
Partnership plans may not be shared.
4. What happens if I do not use one or several monthly massage?
Unused monthly massages will roll over to the next month for your personal use. However, all unused massages will expire at the end of the 12 month plan cycle and will not roll over.
5. May I pay a deposit in order to reduce my monthly payment?
Yes, you may make a deposit in any amount to reduce your monthly payment or pay it off all at once. The remaining balance will be amortized over the remainder of your plans cycle.
6. May I combine any other discounts or Promotional offers with my Partnership Plan?
You may not combine any other discounts or promotions with a Partnership Plan.
